Rules & Guidelines
- Reservations Only: Both indoor playground and party hall are available by reservation only, not open to the public.
- Booking: Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total package amount is required to secure the rental date and will be applied toward the total rental fee. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date indicated on the invoice prior to the event.
- Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations. Only reschedule!
- Reschedule: Must be requested at least 22 days prior to your scheduled reservation. Downgrades are not allowed; upgrades may be possible with payment of difference. Only one reschedule allowed.
- Child Supervision: An adult must supervise children at all times. We are not responsible for unattended children.

Sparklers or any flammable items (including candles or open flames)

Anything that damages walls/facilities or creates a mess

Decorations displayed/made by Play & Party must stay in the party room and cannot be taken home.
- Food & Beverages: Outside food is welcome in the party hall only.
- Alcohol: Alcohol is allowed only with a one-day event insurance certificate with alcohol liability coverage submitted 3 days prior, and a signed Alcohol Use Waiver. Without these, alcohol is prohibited.
- Clean-Up: Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges.
- Safety First: No running, rough play, or dangerous items allowed.
- No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or tobacco products are prohibited indoors.
- Pull-Ups Required: Children not potty-trained must wear a pull-up or diaper in the playground.
- Extra Charge if:
- The event exceeds the scheduled end time by more than 5 minutes.
- Guests linger beyond the agreed end time.
- Significant cleaning or repairs are required.
- Decorations have been removed or damaged.
- Please note: We need time to clean, sanitize, and prepare for the next event.
- Height Limit: For safety reasons, the indoor playground is only for children 52″ or shorter. Taller children may not use the play equipment and will count toward the adult capacity limit.
- Waiver: A signed waiver is required at the time of booking or entering the playground.
- No Shoes: Socks are required for all entering the playground. Non-slip socks are required for all kids in the play area; shoes must be removed.
