Rules & Guidelines

  • Reservations Only: Play and party areas are available by reservation only, not open to the public.
  • Booking: Book at least 5 days in advance; full payment is required to secure your spot.
  • Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations. Only reschedule!
  • Reschedule: Must be requested at least 7 days prior to your scheduled reservation. Downgrades are not allowed; upgrades may be possible with payment of difference.
  • Child Supervision: An adult must supervise children at all times. We are not responsible for unattended children.
  • Decorations: You may bring decorations, but no confetti, glitter, sparklers, or anything that damages walls or facilities. Decorations displayed/made by Play & Party must stay in the party room and cannot be taken home.
  • Food & Beverages: Outside food is welcome in the party hall only. Alcohol is prohibited.
  • Clean-Up: Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges.
  • Safety First: No running, rough play, or dangerous items allowed.
  • No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or tobacco products are prohibited indoors.
  • Pull-Ups Required: Children not potty-trained must wear a pull-up or diaper in the playroom.
  • Extra Charge if:
    • The event exceeds the scheduled end time by more than 5 minutes.
    • Guests linger beyond the agreed end time.
    • Significant cleaning or repairs are required.
    • Decorations have been removed or damaged.
    • Please note: We need time to clean, sanitize, and prepare for the next event.
  • Height Limit: For safety reasons, the indoor playroom is restricted to children 52″ or shorter. Taller children may not use the play equipment and will count toward the adult capacity limit.
  • Discounts: Enjoy a 4% discount when paying with cash.
  • Waiver: A signed waiver is required at the time of booking.
  • No Shoes: Non-slip socks are required in the play area; shoes must be removed.
