Below are most commonly asked questions that our customers have prior to booking their reservation. If your question has not been answered, feel free to call us or send us an email.

May I show up earlier than my appointment time to set up?

The setup time is included in your total package time of 2 hours or more. Most guests spend the first 30 minutes setting up food or decor. For example, if your appointment starts at 10 AM, you may arrive at 10 AM, and guests can be invited at 10:30 AM.

May I book the holiday days?

Yes, holiday dates can be booked by simply using the booking tab.

Are the tables and chairs included?

Yes, tables and chairs are included for up to 75 guests, along with tables for food and drinks.

May I see the inside before/after booking?

Yes, by appointment only.

Do you have a kitchen?

We only have a large sink, refrigerator, and hot water dispenser.

May I bring alcoholic beverages?

Alcohol is permitted only if the host provides a one-day event insurance certificate with alcohol liability coverage (PDF) at least 3 days before the event, and signs our Alcohol Use Waiver. Without these requirements, alcohol is not allowed in the facility.

How frequently do you sanitize the playground?

We wipe down surfaces and mop after each party to maintain cleanliness.

May I add time to my party?

Additional time can be requested when booking your appointment. Availability vary, so please contact us to confirm.

Is the playground available for use throughout the entire duration of my event?

For our Combo Packages, the playground is available for use only half of your total event time.

What happens to my payment if I cancel the party?

Payments are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule to another available date. Please note: Rescheduling from a weekend to a weekday voids any weekday discounts that may apply to your package.

May I bring my own food or catering?

Yes, you may bring your own food or catering.

Do you have a back door for convenient access?

Yes, you may use our back door to unload food or decor items for the Party Hall.

May I invite outside vendors (e.g., photographers, magicians, coffee booths)?

Yes, outside vendors are welcome with prior notice via phone or email.

Are events other than birthdays allowed?

Absolutely! We host a variety of events, including baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, anniversaries, and adult birthday parties. Our facility is especially convenient for parties with younger kids as they have private access to the indoor playground.

How far in advance should we reserve the party room?

During busy seasons like summer and winter, bookings fill up months in advance. Other times of the year may have availability with just a few weeks.

Do you hold dates?

No, we do not hold dates. Checking availability over the phone or email does not secure your booking.

Do you sell snacks or drinks?

No, we do not sell snacks or drinks.

I’m invited to a party. Is there anything I should do before arriving?

Yes! Please bring non-slippery socks for you and your dependence if you are using the playground.

I’m an adult who isn’t playing. Do I still have to remove my shoes and have socks on?

Yes, if you’re entering the playground. Socks are mandatory for both children and adults to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for crawling children.
